Early on, he brought on his friends Zach Stevens and Giancarlo Labiosa to help run the business. We make our products ourselves, with our original recipes. Everything is always prepared fresh, including our cheese sauces and icings every day that we operate.

We strive to be a responsible and resourceful company. From opening day we aim for a minimal waste initiative. Working in many restaurants, our Founder and CEO John Cantrell III was appalled at the amount of perfectly good, eatable food being thrown away. To combat this, we donate left over pretzels to homeless shelters or directly to the people who need it most.
